We both want to thank you for the entire process from beginning to end. To start with, we had great communications from your office (including how Peter seamlessly kept the process going in your absence). Following this we were particularly impressed with the attention to detail Imogen and Gerald gave to the boat, making sure she was seaworthy. We feel the attention given at that stage significantly added to our confidence in Harfin. It was really impressive seeing Imogen go up the mast and checking everything out. When at passage, Mark appreciated the calm way with which Imogen and Gerald responded to problems with the electrics and lifting keel, and presented options.
