Let me share with you how much I appreciated the delivery by PYD of my CR 480 DS from Gothenburg to Medemblik 2 weeks ago under the lead of skipper Christopher with Co-Skipper Paul and deckhand Anita.
Chris is probably the most experienced skipper I have ever met with my 45 years sailing experience. I would like to express my special thanks to Chris and the team who managed all the difficulties which we had to encounter due to the technical issues caused by the shipyard in Sweden. The boat arrived safely and very quickly in Medemblik. They crew as well as the PYD operations team always kept contact with me so that I could follow the ship and was informed about the status of the technical issues. By the way they sent me every day some pictures which was a nice gestures. The ship was handed back in clean conditions with a precise report which I could hand over directly to the Yacht Service there to do the necessary repair work.
It was the combination of professional and super friendly attitude which convinced me and which I do appreciate so much in business and private life.
