Now that Mischief is safely on her berth at Woolverstone I just wanted to say a big thank you to all at pyd. You were personally very helpful about all aspects of the trip when we were first in touch in late October and very quickly answered any questions thereafter. Tim was excellent throughout our trip, very professional and brilliantly well organised with the navigation. There were some difficult decisions to make with the weather and Tim made the right calls. It was tough going at times but he never appeared stressed and was full of good humour, despite limited amounts of sleep. We had three good evenings when we were in Marinas. The pyd base team were also very helpful regarding the weather when we were deciding to leave Den Helder. I have never done a long trip of this kind and felt in very good hands. The new boat is of course brilliant!
