Nigel, I would like to say how very impressed I have been with the excellent service PYD has provided. From initial contact with you to the final billing and accounting (which was clear and concise) my overall experience has been one of great satisfaction. Your advice and information provided before delivery was most helpful, especially important to me as I wanted to accompany and assist your delivery crew on the voyage from Dartmouth to the Clyde. Gerald and Mark were nothing but highly professional, giving me a golden opportunity to learn so much from them during the voyage. At no point were they anything less than positively encouraging and very willing to impart their knowledge and skills. I was always made to feel “part of the team”.
The pre-delivery check of the yacht was meticulous and thorough. During the voyage they both steadily worked at tweaking the workings of the yacht and when the delivery was complete I felt it was in a better running order than when we set off. They at no point in the journey gave me any concern about the safety of the boat or the crew, preferring to take shelter when necessary. Gerald and Mark are to be looked on as highly valued assets to your business and I thoroughly enjoyed their company and the exhilarating experience.
