In the rather unfortunate circumstances of bad weather followed by the technical problem with the engine, we are delighted that Steve and his crew brought the yacht back to Hamble Point Marina with no damage despite some uncomfortable sailing conditions. You kept us well abreast of developments, and for most of the time, we were able to track them on AIS. Steve is a first class skipper and you should be proud of this thoroughness and professionalism. The crew seemed top class, although most of our dealings were through Steve, I will telephone you early tomorrow with details of a credit card so that final payment can be made in full. To quote my co-owner, “they are a class act and performed in an exemplary fashion. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others”
