I have been meaning to email you since we arrived back from Croatia after the delivery by PYD of Annie’s Song. I simply wanted to provide some feedback that you may if you wish add to the tremendous number of testimonials that you already have.
From my first dealings with you and the team in the office to the day of delivery and the final handover with the “Skippers delivery Condition Report” provided by Steve my experiences have been absolutely first class. To my mind, the P in PYD says it all, the professionalism shown by Steve, Nick and Jonathan was of the highest order. The teamwork and desire to get the boat safely to Croatia, a trip of some 2,700 miles, in tip top condition was exemplary.
All three of the guys who were hugely experienced, worked ceaselessly to ensure that any issues were investigated, discussed and sorted!
If you can please pass on our thanks to them all, and if we are ever in need of another crew we will be back!
