For 18 years PYD has been offering a Yacht Management service and this now represents a significant part of our business. The service is very flexible and can be tailored to the individual requirements of each owner.
Aimed at yacht owners with vessels between 60 and 80ft who do not need a full time crew but need assistance to maintain and sail their yachts to ensure maximum usage.
PYD currently manage seven vessles in the 60-80ft range and several of these contracts have been running for many years.
Under a typical arrangement PYD provides a Skipper, with additional crew if required, for a set number of weeks each year to ensure that the yacht is ready to use, when and where you want, it at all times. We provide central office support to ensure that all maintenance, spares, gardiennage, marina bookings, commissioning and de-commissioning are handled, efficiently and professionally.
If required we can also arrange limited chartering to enhance utilisation of the vessel and make a contribution to running costs.
